1. Program Description

The Community Reach uses SMS to support your care by providing:

  • Appointment reminders and confirmations

  • Scheduling and rescheduling coordination

  • Care‑related updates from your therapist or counselor

  • Links to community resources or support materials

  • Responses to your questions or requests

We do not use SMS for marketing, promotions, or mass messaging.

2. Opt‑In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

  • Completing a web form that includes SMS consent

  • Providing verbal consent to your therapist or staff

  • Sending a message to initiate communication

By opting in, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided.

3. Opt‑Out

You may opt out at any time.

  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe

  • Reply START to resume messages

  • Reply HELP for assistance

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your care needs and interactions with your therapist or our staff. You will only receive messages relevant to your services with The Community Reach.

5. Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any charges incurred from SMS communication.

6. Supported Carriers

SMS delivery is supported by major U.S. carriers. Delivery may not be available in all areas or on all devices. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
